buat dessert yg best nih sehari sebelum balik kampung aritu. alkisahnya, terlepas pandang.. paru-parunya, ada lagi sebijik buah mangga baki yg buat mango chilled cheesecake aritu.. huh lama bebenor dah mangga tu menghuni esbok tuh, hampir genap sebulan dah.. nasib lah kental sungguh semangat si mangga, tak buruk pun... masih elok walaupun isinya dah hampir berair2 dah pun...

Ingredient:
7 grm gelatin (1 packet) + 3 tbsp of water
2 ½ cups full cream milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 ripe mango – cut into small cubes or puree
1. Mix the gelatin and water together and set it aside to bloom.
2. Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan, cook over low medium heat until bubbles form around the edges of the saucepan.
3. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and stir in the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into six ramekins or cups. At this stage you can add in some cut mango and refrigerate until set or you can serve it with some mango puree.
yang saya buat nih mango panna cotta versi cik M dan xpress punya hehe.. tengokla tuh, letak je mangga yg dah didadu tu.. malas nak buat puree. pastu nak cepat makan, letak je kat freezer. makannya plk, malam2 buta.. hehe klu makan tengahari time cuaca panas terik gitu, mmg syokla kan...
betul2 dapat 3 gelas tu.. cukupla utk ibu, ayah dan auni... lastnya gelas yg ke3 tu ibu yg habiskan pagi2 sebelum balik kampung hehe
